"I sent an email of the day after Christmas and never expected to receive a reply the same day. I received a call back from Griffin just a few hours later where he walked me through a document I needed to sign explaining what coverage I currently had and how this would or wouldn’t affect things and waiting for me to open and read the document and ask any other questions. I appreciate how quickly he returned my call how patient and very thorough he was. Top notch customer service from Griffin thank you!"
