"I had State Farm insurance since 1996 never had a problem with them til her office took over. I brought them customers and they put them on my policy for I have no idea why they had things that they went through and it all went against me causing my insurance to go up and also they would call and ask if a person was trying to get on my policy and I would tell no I never heard of that person and for months they jest asking ne the same question like do you not hear me so I dropped them. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody fir what I was put through."

"🚨 Stay away from this company/agent! 🚨 I have had one of the most frustrating and unfair experiences with State Farm. My dog got loose one day but never touched or bit anyone. Every note in the claim clearly states there was no bite. Despite this, State Farm chose to classify the incident as a “dog bite.” Because of this mislabeling, they are now canceling my insurance. Worse, since the claim is on record as a dog bite, I am unable to get coverage anywhere else. I attempted multiple times to speak with my agent and explain the situation, but I received no support, no correction, and no effort to resolve the issue. As a Marine veteran, I hold honesty, fairness, and accountability in high regard. To see a company refuse to acknowledge their own error and instead leave me without insurance is both disappointing and unacceptable. It shows a complete lack of customer care, responsibility, and basic professionalism. If this is how they treat a long-standing customer over a situation where the facts were clear, I can only imagine how they treat others. I strongly recommend avoiding State Farm and finding a company that values truth and fairness in how they handle claims."
